Despite the efforts made to minimize the risks, it can happen that a luggage is lost or damaged, for this reason Zyppy has studied a luggage guarantee formula that secures your belongings and their transport, in the simplest way possible.
With the normal insurance formulas, it would be necessary to provide many "supporting documents" that certify to the company the value of the things transported, it would therefore be necessary to indicate the contents of the luggage, provide the purchase receipts and calculate the value of the objects, reduced according to the age and wear.
With the Zyppy Formula guarantee, you can instead guarantee a refund of up to € 500.00 for the Silver Formula and up to € 1,000.00 for the Gold Formula, even without having to provide any document to confirm the value of the goods transported. When you send your luggage, Zyppy undertakes to deliver it throughout Europe in 95% of the locations within 24 / 48h. In addition to the delivery date, the booking system provides you with a delivery date guaranteed. If your luggage is delivered after the guaranteed delivery date, Zyppy will refund you the full cost of the requested service. Any luggage traveling with Zyppy is covered by the Zyppy Standard Formula, always included and at no additional cost.

Guaranteed delivery date

When to request a refund

If the luggage has been lost

If your luggage has been lost during transport, our Contact Service will search for it for 8 days. At the end of this period, if the shipment is not tracked, you will receive:

GOLD FORMULA
refound of € 1,000.00

SILVER FORMULA
refound of € 500,00

STANDARD FORMULA
up to € 10.00 / Kg

You will not be asked for any documentation.

If the delivery is delayed

If your luggage arrives late after the guaranteed delivery date, you will be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs and in addition Zyppy will provide you with:

GOLD FORMULA
refound of € 100.00

SILVER FORMULA
refound of € 50.00

STANDARD FORMULA
refound of costs incurred

Silver and Gold refunds are considered per day up to a maximum of 3 days beyond the guaranteed delivery date, to allow you to make the necessary expenses while waiting to recover your baggage. In this case we will ask you to provide us with a copy of the receipts for the expenses incurred.

In case of damaged luggage

If your luggage was damaged in transit, you can provide us with a photo of the damage and we will reimburse you in the following ways:

STANDARD FORMULA
there is no refund

However, damage to moving parts or protruding parts of the luggage are not refundable. Remember to "sign conditionally" and briefly describe the damage when you receive your damaged luggage.

The maximum refound for each event and for each suitcase cannot exceed the maximum of € 500.00 for the Silver Formula and € 1,000.00 for the Gold Formula.
